I'm Courtney Rozier

I have been a licensed realtor in GA since 2015. I decided 8 years ago that I wanted to exit the Corporate Rat Race as my twins were going to pre-school and I wanted more flexibility to be more present for them.

I spent many days feeling mom guilt as I picked them up after 6PM; too tired to really enjoy time with them. 

The day care providers, babysitters and aftercare were raising my twins!

There was no time for consistent healthy meals. There was really only time for the basic necessities to keep them alive! LOL

As a family, we were not living; we were surviving. We had jobs; we weren't broke, but we were headed to brokeness.

I decided then that enough was enough! It was then that I said out of my mouth; "I will have a work from home opportunity that will allow me to support my family financially while being present for them in every way!" This became my "why."

I set out to get my real estate license because I thought it was an "easy lick" where I could work when I wanted and make a lot of money.  

Boy, was I wrong.

As I started my real estate journey, I quickly found out that being a real estate agent 100% of the time, while flexible, brought me no closer to my "Why" than Corporate America.

I had to re-align my actions with my Why which was to be a present mom & wife.

I had a mentor at the time that taught me everything she knew about contracts and negotiations and I really took to it. I began managing all of her transactions and a new business idea was born.

My company Time Freedom TC is a Transaction Coordination firm that helps busy agents streamline their contract to close process. It allows me the flexibility to work from anywhere and is an amazing supplement to my real estate sales business (because I still love that aspect of real estate) without sacrificing a lot of time away from home.

In 2020, I launched The TC Playbook, a hybrid TC Training course,  which allows me to sow into other women entrepreneurs that are looking to earn real money in the real estate industry without the need for a real estate license or large overhead costs.
