Courtney Rozier is the founder of The TC Playbook. She helps aspiring transaction coordinators launch & grow their own WFA (work from anywhere) TC business from scratch.
After feeling trapped by the inflexibility of corporate America, Courtney decided to dive into the world of real estate. As a mom and wife, she longed for for meaningful work, with no glass ceilings or politics that would allow her to be more available to her children. It didn't take long to realize that being successful in real estate sales meant even MORE hours away from home! Although she loved every aspect of real estate sales, Courtney knew she needed to realign her business with her original purpose.
Courtney formally started her own TC business in 2018 and was able to almost double the salary from her full-time corporate job after just 1 year, from the comfort of her home!
Her virtual TC Business has afforded her the ability to not only be more available to her family, but also to take long vacations without concerns about PTO, purchase a dream home and so much more that can't be quantified!
The pandemic of 2020 ignited a passion within her to help others launch and grow their on TC business so they can taste the freedom and flexibility of entrepreneurship as well!
